- Masserie di Sant’Eramo balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP q.s.
Preparation
Peach and bacon rolls with balsamic vinegar are a very fanciful summer recipe, a perfect appetizer. After washing the peaches, remove the stone, cut them in half and then again in four. Roll up every wedge in a bacon slice and put it in a baking tray with parchment paper. Grill at 220°C for about 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool. Season with balsamic vinegar and serve.
