Our Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil is used in both cold and hot dishes. It has a delicate fruity taste, with a hint of almonds and it is specially indicated as a condiment for delicate dishes such as for cooking fish, for making cakes and ‘hors d’oeuvres. It is produced from selected olives, mainly from Ogliarola Barese cultivar.

Clear, yellow with green reflections oil. Characterized by light taste and the delicate fruity. It gives off hints of fresh olive and its scent evokes almond and green tomato. Sweet taste, with light bitter and spicy notes perceived only in the tail, when they are no longer aggressive, but pleasant.
