Snapper with olives

Ingredients

  • 1 big snapper
  • Masserie di Sant’Eramo extra virgin olive oil
  • vinegar
  • black olives

Preparation

Clean the snapper and cut it on both sides with a vertical cut.

Arrange it in a pan and add the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, a handful of black olives.

Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
