Masserie di Sant’Eramo Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from selected olives harvested in organic olive groves. Plants are fed only with organic and natural manure, without the use of chemical substances. The result is a prized Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with its special genuine and natural taste. Our production is certified by ICEA.

CHARACTERISTICS

Clear, green with gold-yellow reflections oil. Characterized by light taste and delicately fruity, well balanced with bitter and spicy notes. It gives off strong fruity notes of medium intensity with and scents of freshly cut grass and its smell evokes the artichoke and almond.
It is soft and velvety on the palate, with an initial sweet impact until arriving at a bitter and spicy well dosed and progressive. In the end, notes of fresh grass and green almond.
