Ingredients
- 350 gr orecchiette
- 1 kg turnip greens
- Masserie di Sant’Eramo extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 anchovy fillets
- chilli
- salt q.s.
Preparation
In a pan, brown the extra virgin olive oil, the anchovy fillets, the garlic and the pepper, then add the previously cleaned, washed and boiled turnip greens, carefully lowering the heat. Add the medium-cooked orecchiette and blend together for a couple of minutes. Serve still hot.
