Spaghetti with garlic, oil and anchovies

Ingredients

  • 500 gr spaghetti
  • 3 anchovies
  • a couple of garlic cloves
  • a glass of Masserie Sant’Eramo extra virgin olive
  • oil
  • salt
  • parsley

Preparation

Brown the garlic in a pan, then remove it with a spoon and add the anchovies reduced into small pieces. With this sauce, season the spaghetti cooked al dente. Add some parsley and serve.
