- dried chilli peppers
Preparation
Perfect on pizza, pasta with legumes, salads and seafood.
In a 250cl bottle, roughly break up 2 or 3 chilli peppers and add them to the extra virgin olive oil in the bottle. It will be ready in a fortnight.
