Croutons with ricotta and dried tomatoes

The Rustik Fibra croutons are a very tasty snack to eat whenever you want. From breakfast to tea break, from lunch to dinner. But also as an appetizer served with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, some cherry tomatoes and black olives. Crumbly and light, the Rustik Fibra croutons are similar in their shape and cooking to the traditional Apulian frise. The main difference lies in the size and in the possibility of eating them without wetting them. The unique scent of extra virgin olive oil brings us back to our land, to the tastes, to the smells, but mainly to the colours between green and yellow.
