  • 120gr cow’s ricotta
  • Masserie di Sant’Eramo extra virgin olive oil q.s.
  • dried tomatoes q.s.

Preparation

Croutons with ricotta and dried tomatoes are a perfect aperitif or light appetizer, where the delicate taste of ricotta emphasizes the stronger one of dried tomatoes.
Spread the ricotta on the croutons (instead of toasted bread, try our Rustik Fibra croutons) then arrange the dried tomatoes. Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and serve.
