  • 1 courgette
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 aubergine
  • Masserie di Sant’Eramo balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP
  • Masserie di Sant’Eramo extra virgin olive oil q.s.

Preparation

Grilled vegetables with balsamic vinegar are a perfect appetizer or light and healthy side dish. Wash the vegetables and cut them into fairly thick strips. Grill them on a wire rack or griddle. Serve on a serving dish and season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
