- 4 tuna steaks
- 1 lemon
- sesame seeds q.s.
- Masserie di Sant’Eramo extra virgin olive oil q.s.
- salt q.s.
- pepper q.s.
Preparation
Sesame tuna is a light and tasty fish second course, it is important to always choose fresh quality fish.
Pass every tuna steaks in a plate with sesame seeds. Completely cover them with care, even on the edges. Heat a nonstick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and, when it is hot, add the tuna slices. Cook on both sides for a couple of minutes. Salt, pepper and add a spoon of raw extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavours before serving.
