Salmon with balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 4-5 spoons of Masserie di Sant’Eramo balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP
  • 1/2 glass of still white wine
  • salt q.s.
  • sage q.s.
  • rosemary q.s.
  • Masserie di Sant’Eramo extra virgin olive oil q.s.

Preparation

A delicious fish second course, easy and quick to prepare.
Heat a nonstick pan on the stove. When it is hot, add the salmon steaks and cook over high heat for a few minutes until they turn light pink. Now add half a glass of white wine, let it evaporate and then add the balsamic vinegar and the aromatic mince of sage and rosemary. Season with salt, leave a couple of minutes on the heat and immediately serve at the table with a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil.
