Our premium Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a high quality Balsamic Vinegar aged more than 3 years in small oak casks. The long ageing in different noble wood barrels provides an intense flavour. The strong temperature difference between summer and winter in the ageing area enhances the evaporation and the use of small barrels offers a large contact surface between Vinegar and wood, creating a perfect harmony in flavours It is a medium density vinegar. It has a characteristic penetrating aroma with harmonious acidity, and a well-balanced sweet and sour taste.

In order to meet also our customers’need about organic products, we have introduced our premium Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils certified by International Organizations and easily recognized thanks to its identification mark on our bottles. Masserie di Sant’Eramo Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from selected olives harvested in organic olive groves. Plants are fed only with organic and natural manure, without the use of chemical substances. The result is a prized Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with its special genuine and natural taste.
