Chocolate and hazelnut cookies

Ingredients

  • 300 gr flour
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 100 gr hazelnuts
  • 80 gr Masserie di Sant’Eramo extra virgin olive oil
  • 40 gr bitter cocoa
  • 100 gr dark chocolate chips
  • 140 ml milk

Preparation

If you are looking for good but light, fragrant but healthy cookies, try these cookies with chocolate and hazelnuts.
In a large bowl, put the flour, cocoa, sugar and chopped hazelnuts. Then add the extra virgin olive oil, the chocolate chips and the milk. Blend well until the mixture is consistent and homogeneous. Prepare a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 5mm and make the cookies with the help of a round mold or a glass.
Preheat the oven to 170°C and prepare a baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper. Place the cookies well spaced and bake. Your chocolate and hazelnut cookies will be ready in 15 minutes.
