Ingredients
- 60 gr rocket
- 2 spoons of Masserie di Sant’Eramo extra virgin olive oil q.s.
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- black pepper q.s.
- 30 gr flaked parmesan
- 300 gr bresaola
- Masserie di Sant’Eramo balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP q.s.
Preparation
Bresaola rolls with balsamic vinegar are a very simple appetizer made with bresaola slices filled with rocket, flaked parmesan and balsamic vinegar. Wash the rocket and blot it with a cloth. Grate the parmesan into flakes. Take a slice of bresaola, season it with a drop of oil, lemon and pepper, sprinkle some rocket leaves, parmesan flakes and, finally, balsamic vinegar. Roll up the slice and close it with a toothpick. Repeat it with the other slices.
