- Masserie di Sant’Eramo extra virgin olive oil q.s.
- chopped marjoram q.s.

Preparation
Salmon with orange is a tasty second course, easy to prepare. Squeeze the oranges and the chopped marjoram and a pinch of sage to the juice. Let it marinate for 10 minutes. Flour and salt the salmon steaks, place them in a pan and brown with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Halfway through cooking, add the orange sauce to the salmon and let it thicken. Adjust the flour if the mixture is too liquid. Remove the salmon with orange from the heat and let it set in its sauce for 2-3 minutes before serving.
