Pork fillet with balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

  • 600 gr pork fillet
  • 80 ml meat broth
  • salt q.s.
  • pepper q.s.
  • 70ml Masserie di Sant’Eramo balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP
  • 40 gr flour
  • Masserie di Sant’Eramo extra virgin olive oil q.s.

Preparation

Pork fillet with balsamic vinegar is a tasty second course. Start by slicing the pork fillet. Salt, pepper and flour. Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a nonstick pan and sear the meat slices on both sides. Lower the heat, then add the balsamic vinegar and the meat broth. Continue cooking for about 15 minutes until the sauce is thick and rich. Serve the pork fillet right away, still hot.
