The orecchiette of Masserie di Sant’Eramo, packaged in an elegant white 500gr freshness-saving bag, keeps untouched the full taste of the best durum wheat and all the warmth of the Apulian sun. They are produced respecting the tradition, according to ancient methods, and the slow drying, at low temperature, guarantees a high quality pasta, like the one made at home.
INGREDIENTS
Made from durum wheat semolina (origin: Italy; milling country: Italy) and water, it owes its goodness and fragrance also to a still completely handmade production.
