The homemade tomato puree “La Dolce” is made only with cherry tomatoes. In April the tomatoes are grown in the open field and in July and August they are harvested by hand and completely handcrafted processed.

They are seared, pureed, put in jars with fresh basil without adding salt. Pasteurization is carried out. When you open this sauce, you can smell all the scent of freshly picked tomatoes and fresh basil! Use it for pizzas and focaccias, or for a cool summer gazpacho. As good as homemade sauces, very fragrant and sweet, it is ready in 5 minutes, even when sautéed. It is also perfect with fish dishes!
