taste of fresh olives and it is specially indicated as a condiment for pasta dishes, for roasted
meat, cooked vegetables, ‘bruschetta’ and in salad dressings.
It is produced from selected
olives, mainly from “ Coratina “ variety from the best groves of Apulia.
Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (white
label)
Perfect with fish
The ‘Delicate’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil is used in both cold and hot
dishes. It has a delicate fruity taste, with a hint of almonds and it is specially indicated as a
condiment for delicate dishes such as for cooking fish, for making cakes and ‘hors d’oeuvres’. It is
produced from selected olives, mainly from “ Ogliarola Barese “ variety from the best groves of
Apulia.

Origin TERRA DI BARI EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
It guarantees the final consumers the place of
origin of the olives and the pleasant flavour of this extra virgin olive oil. PDO extra virgin olive
oil must be produced, processed and prepared in a specific region using traditional production
methods.
We select and press solely the olives that come from Apulian lands, using the P.D.O.
“Terra di Bari” (Protected Designation of Origin). Among the other P.D.O., Apulia with “Terra di
Bari” holds both the EC and the Italian supremacy for olive growers, olive oil production and olive
oil mills.
